- We ship nationwide in South Africa, however certain areas (rural or township) we request pickup from a Pudo Locker

Our fragrances are inspired by individual designers and are properties of their respective manufacturers and designers. We have no affiliation with the original manufacturers or designers. Trademarks and copyrights are properties of their respective designers. The purpose of the description is to provide the customer with an idea of the scent profile and not to mislead the customer.

1. What is First Look Fragrances?
We sell popular inspired fragrances made from the best in class fragrance oils imported from France. Our products are vegan, cruelty-free and locally made in South Africa. 2. I’m having problems with my order, how do I get help?

3. I haven’t received my order confirmation?
Please ensure you have checked your junk email, if you have still not received confirmation please email info@firstlookfragrances.com and we will happily assist you.
4. How long does delivery take?
Once your order is completed and your payment has been received by us, we will send you an email order confirmation advising you that your order is being processed. Goods will be shipped shortly after confirmation of your order and will usually take 2-5 working days to arrive.
5. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide in South Africa. Please note, if your delivery address is in a region outside of major city centres or in a township, we will be in touch with you to collect your parcel at the closest Pudo locker available in your area.
